Who we are

This website is operated by DesgnWnd Design Studios, based in Nigeria, and presented under the DesgnWnd brand. We are responsible for the personal information we collect through our project enquiry form.

What you share with us

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, project description, preferred timing if provided, selected currency and indicative budget band. We also receive any information you choose to include in later correspondence.

Please avoid including sensitive personal information, identity documents or payment-card details in your enquiry. The form does not request file uploads.

Why we use it

We use your details to respond to your request, understand your project, prepare a proposal where appropriate and manage related follow-up. We do not add enquiry contacts to a marketing mailing list.

Where you ask us to discuss or prepare a potential project, we process the relevant details to take steps at your request before entering a contract. For other business correspondence, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to genuine enquiries and operating the studio, while respecting your privacy interests.

How your enquiry reaches us

When you select “Send my project idea”, your form details are sent to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) for processing and delivery to our Gmail inbox. FormSubmit applies spam filtering and states that its submission archive retains messages for 30 days. That archive is separate from the copies we receive in Gmail.

If you choose the email-draft alternative instead, the website prepares a message in your email app. You decide whether to send it. The website does not send that draft through FormSubmit.

How long we keep enquiries

For enquiries that do not lead to a project, we keep the enquiry emails and related prospect notes under our control for six months after the last conversation, then delete them. If you become a client, relevant records are managed separately for project delivery, administration and applicable record-keeping obligations.

Service providers may retain separate technical logs, archive or backup copies under their own policies. Our six-month period describes the enquiry records we control; it does not change a provider’s retention settings.

Website hosting and cookies

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver and protect the website. You do not need an account to visit this website.

We have not added advertising pixels or audience-analytics scripts to the website. Hosting, authentication and form-delivery services may use cookies or related technologies under their own policies. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.

Sharing and international processing

We use the service providers described above to host the site, deliver messages and manage email. Their services may process information outside Nigeria. Their policies describe their processing practices. We do not sell your enquiry information.

If your enquiry becomes a project that requires other people or services to access your details, we will explain the relevant arrangements as part of that engagement.

Your choices and rights

You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of the enquiry information we hold. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may also have rights to object to processing, restrict it or request portability. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent.

Email Desgnwnd@gmail.com with your request. We may ask for enough information to verify your identity before acting. You may also raise a concern with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission or another authority with jurisdiction over your concern.
